Cancellation Policy

7-Day Pre-Activation Cancellation

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the EA has NOT been activated on any live or demo MetaTrader 4 account.

How to Request Cancellation

• Email support@proof.trading with your order number within 7 days of purchase
• Confirm that you have not activated the EA on any account
• We will verify activation status and process your cancellation within 5 business days
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Once Activated, All Sales Are Final

Once you activate the EA by entering your license key on any MetaTrader 4 account (live or demo), the sale is final and no cancellation or refund will be issued. Activation is tracked by our license server.

No Performance-Based Refunds

We do not issue refunds or cancellations based on trading performance, profit expectations, or dissatisfaction with results. Results vary by broker, settings, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Technical Issues

If you experience a confirmed technical defect that prevents the EA from functioning and our support team cannot resolve it, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in permanent account ban and license deactivation.
