• Your account balance or equity
• Your personal identification documents
• Your broker login credentials

How We Use Your Information

License key delivery and validation, customer support, product updates, aggregate usage statistics (anonymized), and fraud prevention.

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with Stripe (payment processing) and our email service provider (transactional emails), or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus 2 years. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@proof.trading.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of marketing emails.
