1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Proof Gold ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Proof Trading Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on the number of MetaTrader 4 accounts specified by your purchased tier:

You may NOT: redistribute, sell, or share the Software or license key; reverse engineer or decompile the code; modify or create derivative works; use for unlawful purposes; share your license key publicly; or circumvent license protection mechanisms.

4. License Key & Activation

Each license key is tied to your email and MT4 account number(s). Activations are tracked by our license server. Exceeding your limit will block new activations. Manage activations at proof.trading/account.

5. Updates

Your license includes updates for the duration specified by your tier (Starter: 6 months, Professional: 12 months, Institutional: lifetime). After expiry, the Software continues to function but will not receive new versions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, algorithms, strategies, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Proof Trading Systems. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PROFITS, SPECIFIC RETURNS, OR TRADING PERFORMANCE. TRADING FOREX AND GOLD INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PROOF TRADING SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Software.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
